I help teams take AI from idea to production. My work spans the full lifecycle: identifying where AI will actually move the needle, designing solution architecture, building LLM applications and internal tools, and establishing the evaluation and MLOps practices that keep systems improving over time.

I've done this across different contexts. Most recently, I co-founded Grownomic AI, where we shipped agentic workflows for campaign management and a SaaS product for building PPC landing pages. Before that, I led Responsible AI and ML platform efforts at Axon, and ran the AI Trust and Governance Lab at ServiceNow Research.
