My Approach
Agentic AI is about building systems that can reason, plan, and take action autonomously while keeping humans in the loop where it matters. I have been building these systems since the early days of LLM-powered tooling, shipping production agentic workflows at Grownomic AI and now building them for consulting clients at Adaptive Gradients.
What This Looks Like in Practice
Human-in-the-Loop Workflows
At Grownomic, I built an agentic Google Ads campaign builder that accepted a business website URL, extracted context, and guided users through the full campaign creation process. The key design decision: the AI does the heavy lifting, but the human approves every step.
Platform Tooling
Built MCP servers and in-chat UI components for OpenAI's ChatGPT Apps platform. Secured client contracts to build custom AI applications with rich interactive experiences.
LLM Platform Work
At Axon, I led the AI platform team supporting LLM applications used by 5+ research scientists, building the infrastructure that made it possible to experiment and ship quickly.
